RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise and co-ordinate with other departments for data collation and verification.
- Data analysis and Presentation of data to Management.

- Capacity planning

- Working on Dashboards
- Overseeing process improvements, operation control, increased productivity, reduction in TAT and improvised overall efficiency
- Dashboards on Attrition/Utilizations/Capacity planning/SLA s tracking etc
- Transition co-ordination -MRF Tracking- Training Planning- Ramp up plan for recent projects
- Manage resources within team to ensure efficient allocation
