- Troubleshooting any technical issues independently
- Diagnosis, investigation, recovery and resolution of various types of hardware problems and software issues
- Scripting (batch files, vbscript, PowerShell) and working knowledge of Active Directory- Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP and SCC
