Role & responsibilities

- Test Management & Execution: Utilize qTest for test case creation, organization, execution tracking, and end-to-end defect management.

- Performance Testing: Design and execute performance, load, and stress test scenarios for Windows desktop applications using JMeter and LoadRunner to identify stability and scalability bottlenecks.

- Core Windows Testing: Conduct comprehensive Windows application testing, verifying native OS installation, UI/UX consistency, and registry configurations.

- Testing Lifecycle: Perform systematic smoke testing for initial build verification, sanity testing for specific code fixes, and thorough regression testing.

- Impact Testing: Evaluate the side effects of code changes through detailed impact testing to ensure modifications do not degrade existing functionalities.

- Defect Lifecycle: Identify, isolate,



and log bugs with detailed steps to reproduce, collaborating daily with in office development teams for quick resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional software testing experience, with a core focus on native Windows desktop applications.

- Test Management Tools: Hands-on proficiency in qTest for structuring and execution tracking.

- Performance Tools: Proven experience leveraging JMeter and LoadRunner for monitoring application performance, resource utilization, and throughput.

- Technical Domain: Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Event Viewer logs, and monitoring CPU/Memory consumption.
