Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.

- Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows systems with other technologies.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.





- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Windows-related issues.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
