- 4–5 years experience in WFM Scheduling with knowledge of NICE, IEX, Verint and expertise in Forecasting and Capacity Planning
- Manage workforce scheduling, prepare staff schedules, optimize staffing and service levels, handle shift bidding and schedule adherence
Manage end-to-end workforce scheduling Prepare & maintain staff schedules based on forecasted demand &business; requirements
Optimize staffing, shrinkage, occupancy, & service levels
Handle shift bidding, shift inflex, and schedule adherence
Required Candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience in WFM Scheduling
Knowledge of NICE / IEX/Verint
Good understanding of Forecasting, Capacity Planning & Scheduling
Experience: 4–5 Years in WFM Scheduling
