WE’RE HIRING | Sr. Solutions Architect – Healthcare | AWS + Snowflake

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and Healthcare Data Architecture to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for healthcare payer and provider organizations.

Domain: Healthcare – Payer & Provider

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end cloud and data architectures using AWS and Snowflake for healthcare use cases.
- Architect solutions for claims processing, clinical data integration, population health analytics, care management, risk adjustment, and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
- Work hands-on with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, Athena, Redshift, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
- Design Snowflake data platforms, secure data sharing, role-based access controls, and performance optimization strategies.
- Implement AI-enabled solutions using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, and LLM/OCR-based initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and healthcare data security standards.




- Support healthcare interoperability and integrations involving HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, CDA, and EHR/EMR systems.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, security assessments, and stakeholder collaboration.

Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Cloud / Data Architecture.

5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and implementation.

Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider business processes.

Hands-on development experience in AWS and Snowflake is a must.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Healthcare data models and interoperability standards.
- Cloud-native architecture, data lakes, lakehouse, and enterprise data warehousing.
- API integration, security architecture, DevSecOps, and data governance.
- Experience with healthcare claims, clinical data, and regulatory reporting.
