Vibe Apparels is looking for an experienced Wilcom Embroidery Digitiser with strong technical knowledge of embroidery digitising and production requirements. The candidate must be capable of converting logos, text, and complex artwork into clean, efficient, and production-ready embroidery files.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality embroidery designs using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio.

- Convert logos, artwork, lettering, and custom designs into machine-ready DST files.

- Select appropriate stitch types, density, underlay, stitch angles, and pull compensation.

- Digitise designs using satin, tatami, and running stitches.

- Handle 3D puff embroidery and appliqué digitising.

- Optimise stitch sequencing, trims, jumps, and machine efficiency.

- Troubleshoot embroidery issues and modify designs based on production results.

- Ensure designs are suitable for different fabrics, garments, and embroidery placements.





- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality while meeting production deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proven professional experience in embroidery digitising using Wilcom software.

- Strong understanding of embroidery construction, stitch formation, and machine behaviour.

- Practical knowledge of stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, and sequencing.

- Experience creating production-ready DST files.

- Ability to independently digitise designs from reference images and artwork.

- Knowledge of 3D puff and appliqué embroidery techniques.

- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
