Service Description The Website Development and Content Strategy Partner will lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of HiSuccess’s primary website and related digital touchpoints.

This contract role is based in Chennai with a hybrid work model,



allowing a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning site architecture, setting up and maintaining web pages, optimizing user experience and performance, and ensuring mobile responsiveness and security.

The partner will define and implement content strategy, write and edit web copy aligned with brand positioning, create landing pages for coaching and training programs, and coordinate multimedia assets.

In addition, the role involves collaborating with consulting and training teams to translate services into clear digital offerings, managing web analytics, supporting SEO and lead generation campaigns, and iterating on website features based on user feedback and business priorities.

Qualifications

- Understanding of Leadership Development and Training industry to understand service offerings and translate them into effective website structure and content
- Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements, content updates, and integrations within agreed timelines.
- Consulting skills to partner with stakeholders, identify digital needs, propose solutions, and align the website with overall business strategy.
- Sales-related skills to design high-conversion landing pages, calls to action, and user journeys that support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in website development (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS, HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript) and UX/UI principles.
- Experience in content strategy, web copywriting, and SEO best practices for skilled services or consulting firms.
- Strong analytical skills to use web
