About the Role

This is not a regular marketing job. You will own SITM's entire digital lead generation engine — from Meta and Google to YouTube, AI platforms, LLMs, and search engine optimization. You will be responsible for bringing the right students to SITM every admission cycle, at the lowest cost per lead, with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads

- Plan, launch and optimize Meta Lead Gen campaigns
- Build Instant Forms with qualifying questions
- Create Lookalike Audiences from valid lead data
- Monitor frequency, CPL and lead quality daily
- District-wise targeting across Assam and Northeast India

Google and YouTube Ads
- Build and manage Google Search Ad campaigns
- Keyword research and negative keyword management
- Plan and run YouTube video ad campaigns
- Track conversions, Quality Score and ROAS

SEO and Google My Business
- Manage and optimize Google My Business listing
- On-page and off-page SEO strategy and execution

- Keyword ranking tracking
- Local SEO to improve SITM visibility in Guwahati
- Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics

AI and LLM Platform Marketing
- Run sponsored campaigns on ChatGPT and AI platforms
- Explore advertising on LLMs and AI search tools
- Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing channels

Creative Strategy




- Fresh creative angles every 10 to 14 days
- Identify new audience segments continuously
- Work with design team on ad creatives and reels
- Research competitor campaigns and trends

Lead Quality Management
- Ensure lead quality, not just lead volume
- Coordinate with admissions team on follow-up
- Reduce invalid leads through targeting refinement
- Build retargeting funnels for website visitors

Skills Required

Must Have

- Meta Ads Manager

- Google Ads Search
- SEO on-page and off-page

- Google My Business
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience
- Budget management and campaign optimization

Good to Have
- YouTube Ads experience
- AI and LLM platform marketing

- Google Search Console

- WhatsApp Business API
- Canva or basic design skills

- Education sector experience

KPIs You Will Be Measured On:
- Cost Per Lead — lower every cycle
- Lead Quality Rate — 80% or above valid leads
- Lead to Admission Conversion — 2 to 10%
- SEO Keyword Rankings — Top 3 for key search terms
- Google My Business — month on month growth
- Creative Refresh — every 10 to 14 days
- Current Channel Exploration — 1 to 2 per quarter
