Role Description This is a part-time remote Web Developer role.

The Web

Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, working closely with product and design teams to implement user interfaces and back-end functionality. Daily tasks include writing clean, well-structured code, integrating APIs and services, optimizing performance and security, and troubleshooting technical issues across environments. The role also involves collaborating in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions,



and maintaining documentation for implemented features.

The Web

Developer is expected to participate in virtual meetings, communicate progress clearly, and align development work with business requirements and user experience goals.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in contemporary frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, including building and integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance and security.
- Solid Web Development fundamentals, covering full-stack workflows, version control, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear communication and reliable time management in a part-time setting.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, testing tools, and modern CI/CD workflows; experience with cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
