Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse In-Charge to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse documentation, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
- Monitor inward and outward stock and verify goods against invoices and delivery challans.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain proper warehouse arrangement and ensure the safety of stock.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily responsibilities.
- Maintain records of damaged, returned, and defective goods.




- Prepare daily stock reports and other warehouse-related MIS reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or 12th pass; relevant experience will be preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
- Experience in handling home appliances, kitchenware, cookware, or consumer goods will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage stock accuracy and dispatch timelines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in the same or similar industry and a robust understanding of warehouse operations, stock management, and dispatch processes will be preferred.
