Role & responsibilities

- Manage material inward, checking, GRN and proper storage.

- Ensure accurate SKU-wise inventory, bin/location management and stock counting.

- Execute picking, packing and dispatch within defined TAT.

- Update inward, stock movements, transfers, returns and dispatches in Business Central/WMS.

- Identify and report stock variance, damages, ageing and non-moving inventory to the respective Warehouse Manager.

- Handle returns and support physical vs. system stock reconciliation.

- Coordinate with Procurement, QC, Planning, Finance and Logistics as required.

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety and proper product identification.

- Support peak-season requirements and urgent dispatches.

- Follow warehouse SOPs and support process improvement initiatives.
