About the Role

Accountants Service Academy is looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, valuable numerical accuracy, and a willingness to learn practical accounting operations. Selecting Candidates for our clients (companies & MNC's) prior job oriented training will be provided before appointment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record journal entries, ledger postings, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in GST documentation and basic tax-related activities.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Enter and maintain accounting data using Tally Prime, Excel, or other accounting software.




- Support senior accountants with day-to-day accounting activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and journal entries.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST is an advantage.
