Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Home Loans (BPO)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (In office)

Department: BFSI Sales

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

- Convert prospects from provided leads into active home loan applicants via tele-calling.
- Pitch home loan products, balance transfers, and top-up loans to potential salaried or self-employed clients.
- Overcome customer objections effectively regarding interest rates, processing fees, and loan terms.
- Achieve daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales/disbursement targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of banking norms, CIBIL scores, and home loan documentation.




- Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is highly preferred.
- Sales Drive: A result-oriented mindset with a strong hunger to hit incentives and milestones.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools and automated dialer systems.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any stream.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in BPO inside sales, tele-calling, or banking sales. Experience selling home loans or mortgages is a massive plus
