We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager with 34 years of specialized experience in manpower servicing. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, prepare accurate manpower costing models, maintain statutory compliance, and manage end-to-end tender submissions across public and private procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Opportunity Tracking: Identify public and private sector tender opportunities daily on portals.

- Pre-Bid Evaluation: Analyze tender documents thoroughly to evaluate statutory eligibility and risks.

- Manpower Cost Modeling: Calculate manpower costing using current statutory wages, benefits, and margins.

- Bid Document Preparation: Compile technical compliance documents, client references, and financial bid files.





- Portal Submission Management: Manage electronic bid uploads strictly before designated tender closing deadlines.

- Post-Bid Contract Coordination: Coordinate tender openings, client negotiations, performance guarantees, and final contracts.
