Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Team Leader to manage and lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospective customers, managing property site visits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the overall performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor the daily activities of the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Set monthly and weekly sales targets and ensure their timely achievement.
3. Lead Generation: Generate leads through telecalling, online portals, referrals, networking, and other marketing channels.
4. Client Management: Handle prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
5. Site Visits: Coordinate property visits and assist team members in converting prospects into customers.
6. Follow-ups & Conversion: Monitor lead follow-ups, maintain the sales pipeline, and improve conversion rates.
7. Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, lead status reports, site visit reports, and monthly performance reports.
8. Training & Development: Train team members on sales techniques, negotiation, customer handling, and closing strategies.
9. CRM Management: Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information, lead status, and follow-up records.
10. Coordination: Work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
11. Client Relationship Management:



Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a professional customer experience.
12. Revenue Generation: Drive bookings, property sales, and revenue growth for the company.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales and property markets.
- Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
- Robust client handling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Effective planning, follow-up, and team coordination.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- An MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- At least 1 year of experience managing or supervising a sales team is preferred.
- Experience in residential property sales, channel sales, or property consultancy will be an advantage.

Performance Parameters (KPIs)
- Monthly sales revenue and booking targets.
- Team target achievement percentage.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled and completed.
- Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Follow-up effectiveness and CRM accuracy.
