Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. The candidate will assess students' abilities, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), implement specialized teaching strategies, and collaborate with parents, therapists, and teachers to ensure students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and identify students' learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Provide specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other special needs.

Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to suit individual learning requirements.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, therapists, and parents.





Conduct remedial and life-skills training sessions.

Support inclusive education practices within the school workplace.

Manage classroom behavior and implement intervention strategies.

Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related course is preferred.
