Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare operations.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments in the Switchboard process.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Process prior authorization requests for medical services and procedures.
- Follow up with insurance companies for authorization status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information confidentiality.
- Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare processes preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the hiring requirement.
- Willingness to work in night shifts
