Position: L1-Manager:

Should have experience into End-to-End accounting with Positive Communication skills. Need to Assist client with month-end financial closing & should handle a team (3to 4no of Business Accountants). Should have experience in tools: Quick Books

Experience: 5+ to 10 Years

Shift: EST Working Hours (Indian Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30am)

Qualification: CA / EA / CMA / CPA background(Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US accounting for assigned clients

Strong hands-on expertise in QBO (Certification preferred)
- Payroll processing, AR/AP management, bookkeeping
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Finalizing financial statements
- Audit support and Income Tax assistance coordination




- Conduct and handle client meetings independently (US clients)
- Act as primary SPOC for client communication
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 bookkeepers
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and TAT
- Review work before submission to clients
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific SOPs
- Identify process improvements and training needs

Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confident in client-facing discussions
- Ability to manage deadlines and escalations
- Experience handling SMB and enterprise-level clients
- Ability to work independently in night shift

Position: Senior Business Accountant Experience: 3 to 5 years

Shift: EST Working Hours (Indian Night Shift 5:30pm to 2:30am)

Qualification: Bcom, MBA, Mcom, Semi Qualified (CA / EA / CMA / CPA) background

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily bookkeeping in QBO, Xero, or other accounting platforms.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Payroll entries, AR/AP processing, and month-end reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements while adhering to SOPs.
- Coordinating with the L1 Manager for reporting and clarifications.
- Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of QBO/Xero, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently in the night shift.

Age Criteria: max upto 38 years Interview Rounds @Office: (Face to face)
