1. Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues at board/component level.
2. Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacement.
3. Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware issues.
4. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
5. Carry out OS installation, software loading, BIOS updates and flashing.
6. Use diagnostic tools and follow proper troubleshooting procedures.
7. Perform repair testing and final quality checks before dispatch.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Laptop Repair / Laptop Technician role.
- Solid hardware troubleshooting and component-level repair skills.
- Knowledge of laptop motherboards and electronic components.
- Experience in soldering/desoldering is preferred.
- Good understanding of laptop hardware and software.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
