About the Company
Infinity IPS is a US mortgage due diligence, quality control, and loan brokering company based in Pune, serving clients since 2003. Our teams work across Credit, Compliance, Servicing, and Technology functions, giving employees strong exposure to the US mortgage lifecycle.
We are looking for Loan Boarding Executives to join our Servicing team. You will be responsible for accurately boarding US mortgage loans onto the servicing system by reviewing loan documents and capturing the right data.
Key Responsibilities
- Board new loans onto the servicing platform accurately and within defined timelines
- Review loan documents such as the note, mortgage/deed of trust, closing disclosure, and related paperwork
- Verify and enter loan data, including borrower details, interest rate,
payment terms, and escrow information
- Identify discrepancies and missing information, and escalate them to the Team Lead
- Maintain quality and productivity targets as per process guidelines
- Keep records updated and follow data confidentiality and compliance standards

Skills Required
- Valuable attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed and comfort with working on computer systems
- Ability to work in US shift hours
- Willingness to learn US mortgage processes (training will be provided)
