Job Role :

The Jewelry Associate is a specialized technical role within Jewelry Services that is responsible for conducting the initial grading assessment of mounted diamond jewelry and creating the foundational documentation that supports subsequent grading activities and the preparation of Jewelry Grading Reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform the initial grading and evaluation of mounted diamond jewelry in accordance with established gemological standards, quality benchmarks,



and productivity expectations.
- Generate accurate and complete documentation during the initial grading process, ensuring a reliable foundation for downstream grading activities and report creation.
- Promptly identify and escalate incidents related to jewelry damage, discrepancies, loss, or security concerns in accordance with defined protocols.
- Maintain current knowledge of jewelry setting styles, mounting techniques, and construction methods to accurately assess their impact on the grading process
