- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales

- Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products, CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly

- Explaining the customers product features and advantages

- Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhere

- Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets

- Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

- Minimum 1yr of outbound sales experience

- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
- Convincing skill
- Flexible with shifts
- Stakeholder management
- Computer literacy contact HR-(phone hidden)
