Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience

- Languages Required: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills

- Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts

- Number of Openings: 20

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 support environment.

- Address customer enquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Log breakdowns and service requests and create tickets.





- Provide accurate product and service-related information.

Salary and CompensationFor Experienced Candidates:

- Annual CTC: 2.9 LPA

- Monthly Take-Home: 18,676

- Monthly CTC: 24,496

For Freshers:

- Monthly Take-Home Salary: 17,500
