* Financial Accounting & Reporting

Manage end-to-end accounting operations.

Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Support the finalization of books of accounts.

* Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Verify invoices and vendor payments.

Monitor customer receivables and outstanding balances.

Resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate ledgers.

* Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate salary processing and employee reimbursements.

Prepare statutory returns and maintain compliance records.

* Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.





Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Maintain financial controls and documentation.

* Business Support

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Support management with financial insights for business decisions.

Requirements

Only male candidates preferred due to shift timing

Mandatory 6-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts.

Strong experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Experience in General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, AP, AR, and financial reporting.

Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or Finance.

PreferredM.Com., MBA (Finance), Inter CA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
