International Semi Voice Process Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for our International Semi Voice Process. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate fluently, type accurately with minimal grammatical errors, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, and chats).
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong typing skills with good grammar and accuracy.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Flexible to work across all shift timings in a 24/7 work environment.

Compensation

- Freshers: 21,000 Take Home Salary (after all deductions)
- Experienced Candidates: 25,000 Take Home Salary (after all deductions)

- Cab charges are applicable as per company policy.
