: We are looking for candidates to join our Research & Development (R&D;) team for food product development, recipe innovation, quality improvement, and standardization. The role involves developing new food products and menu concepts while ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop recent recipes, food products, and menu concepts.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and recipe standardization.
- Maintain recipe cards, SOPs, product specifications, and trial reports.
- Support food costing, yield optimization, shelf-life testing, and quality checks.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and applicable FSSAI compliance.
- Research market trends, competitor products, and new ingredients.
- Coordinate with Culinary, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Marketing teams.
- Support pilot runs, product launches, and continuous product improvement.
- Senior candidates will lead R&D; projects, manage timelines, and guide trainees.




- Trainees will assist with trials, sample preparation, documentation, and research under supervision.

Required Skills: Food Product Development, Recipe Development, Food Technology, Sensory Evaluation, Recipe Costing, Quality Control, Food Safety, FSSAI Guidelines, Shelf-Life Testing, Documentation, and Communication.

Qualification:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or Hospitality; B.Tech in Food Technology; or a relevant degree / diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.

Preferred: Experience in restaurant R&D;, food product development, or the F&B; industry is an advantage for experienced candidates. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for the Trainee position.

Traineeship: 6 months, with potential full-time employment based on performance and business requirements
