: International Semi-Voice Support Executive

Job Role: International Semi-Voice Process Associate

Process: International Customer Support

- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 days off per week
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Process Type: Voice and non-voice support
- Communication: English
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to company requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with international customers in English.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Flexibility to work according to international business hours.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Work Schedule

- 5 working days and 2 weekly offs.
- Rotational shift timings, including night shifts.
- Weekly offs may be rotational.
- Cab facilities and other perks depend on company policy.
- B.E ,B.Tech,B.Sc,Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible
