Role & responsibilities
Recruitment: Identify, interview, and recruit high-caliber individuals to become agents or advisors
Onboarding: Guide new recruits through licensing, examinations, and the company's onboarding process
Product Knowledge: Conduct regular training sessions on product offerings, market updates, and selling techniques.
Field Coaching: Accompany agents on client meetings and sales pitches to observe, mentor, and improve their on-ground conversion skills
Target Setting: Establish specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the agency team
Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Business and Sales Targets
