Qualification: Any Graduates - Full time Graduates

Experience: 2-4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days

Shift Timings: Flexible for shifts(5 days WFO)

Job Level: 3A

Designation: Process Specialist

Note:

- Candidates who are available in Bangalore only preferred for walk-In.
- Ecommerce or Retail industry experience mandatory.

Key Activities / Deliverables:

- Process video evidence requests
- Retrieve and analyze CCTV footage
- Capture complete incident context
- Maintain chain-of-custody documentation
- Manage video storage and archiving
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams
- Provide reporting to give insights to senior leadership focusing on call for action
- Carry out one-off analysis for investigations
- Employee is expected to work in US shifts on Weekdays

Experience:

- 2-4 years in surveillance/video operations




- Should have delivered business value projects in fraud and abuse prevention space.
- Demonstrated experience in owning and running projects independently
- Knowledge of retail/ fraud prevention/ loss prevention and detection
- 2-4 years of total work experience. The experience should include: -
- 2 + years of experience in Preferably in Ecommerce or Retail industry

Skills:

- Knowledge of video systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Documentation and compliance
- Leverage data to identify opportunity areas. Ability to effectively communicate the business problem, solutions, and results through dashboards
- Ability to process large amounts of data to derive insights and identify patterns
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Deep dive and Root cause analysis
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent oral and verbal skills in English to contact customers via. calls, SMS, chats, and emails
- Ability to work with stakeholders and bring a project to completion

Qualification: Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering/ Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Operations Management / Computer Science/ Business Management / Commerce
