Dispatch Executive - Spice Manufacturing Plant
Company: Lifestyle Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Chukde Spices)
Location: Bahalgarh, Sonipat, Haryana
Experience: 2-5 Years (FMCG/Food Manufacturing Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters and sales teams.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Handle vehicle planning, loading and transporter coordination.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure dispatch accuracy and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and GST documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in spice or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
