- Experience as Assistant Business Analyst or Data Analyst with advanced MS Excel skills

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data; prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business review presentations; coordinate with multiple departments for data; identify trends and provide analytical support

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing sales and business data.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.

- Analyze target vs. achievement, growth trends, and performance gaps.

- Maintain sales performance data for teams, distributors, territories, products, etc.

- Prepare reports on sales, orders, stock, collections, and key business parameters.

- Verify data accuracy and highlight discrepancies or gaps to the Sales Coordinator.

- Assist in preparing monthly business review reports, presentations, and performance analysis.

- Prepare comparative and variance analysis against targets, previous periods, and business plans.

- Support monitoring of pending orders, stock availability, and sales trends through regular reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain,



and other departments for required business data.

- Develop and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, databases, and analytical reports.

- Assist in analyzing sales schemes, price revisions, promotions, and business initiatives.

- Identify data trends, process gaps, and recurring issues and share analytical inputs.

- Maintain proper records of MIS reports, dashboards, databases, and analysis documents.

- Provide timely analytical support and business insights to the Sales Coordinator.

- Perform any other MIS, analytical, reporting, or business-related tasks assigned by the reporting Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- • Hands- on- experience in Assistant Business Analyst/ Data Analyst or in other administrative positions

- • Hands- on- experience on MS Excel (Advance).

- • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- • A team player with high level of dedication

- • B Com, BBA; any graduate/certification in sales or marketing may apply
