Process: Physician Billing Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Handle end-to-end AR follow-up for US healthcare physician billing.
- Work on insurance denials, claim rejections, underpayments, and outstanding claims.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and resolve payment issues.
- Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize AR aging and improve collections.
- Maintain accurate account notes and meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM Physician Billing.
- Knowledge of AR calling, denial management, and insurance follow-ups.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
