Aspire Tech Academy is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals to join our Business Development & Career Counselling Team in Bengaluru.

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru | Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off

Role: Business Development Executive – Career Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through inbound & outbound calls
- Understand career goals and provide suitable counselling
- Explain courses, fees, scholarships & admission procedures
- Handle objections, follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain lead details in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales, admission & revenue targets

Eligibility

- Graduates from any discipline
- MBA – Marketing/Sales candidates are encouraged to apply
- 6+ months experience in EdTech Sales/Career Counselling preferred




- Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable in a quick-paced environment

Compensation

OTJ Probation Full-Time
- Probation: 20000– 25,000/month

Full-Time CTC: 3.5 LPA – 5 LPA based on performance

- 1,00,000 Retention Bonus** after successful completion of 1 year, subject to company terms
- Performance incentives & health insurance
