Qualification

47 years in attendance, HR operations, workforce/roster management or shift-based operations.

Graduate; MBA/HR/Operations preferred.

1. Role Purpose Independently manage attendance, roster, shift deployment and workforce discipline for the RIMS remote monitoring operation and provide accurate manpower MIS to HR and Noida management.

This role supports the RIMS Remote Monitoring operation managed from Noida for a large Medical College & Hospital campus in Raipur,

Chhattisgarh, covering the Hospital, Medical College, Hostels and associated facilities. The Manager must be capable of remote management, multi-team coordination, MIS control and timely escalation.

CCTV Monitoring Operators

Helpdesk / Ticket Management Team

Video Call Inspection Team

¢ Pharmacy Audit / Monitoring Support Teams

¢ Other RIMS monitoring manpower

3. Key Responsibilities ¢ Prepare and maintain shift-wise roster.

¢ Track attendance, late coming, early leaving and absenteeism.

¢ Coordinate leave and approved replacements with HR and managers.

¢ Reconcile attendance discrepancies with source systems.





¢ Ensure manpower coverage for critical shifts.

¢ Prepare daily and monthly attendance MIS.

¢ Coordinate joining, resignation, replacement and attendance corrections with HR.

¢ Track repeated absenteeism and escalate.

¢ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.

¢ Ensure attendance data supports payroll/HR requirements without affecting operational coverage.

¢ Critical-shift manpower coverage

6. HR Selection Criteria ¢ Prefer 24x7 hospital, BPO, security, facility or large workforce experience.

¢ Solid roster and Excel skills mandatory.

¢ Must understand continuous monitoring manpower coverage.

¢ HRMS/biometric experience preferred.

¢ Must coordinate remotely with managers and HR
