Role & responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and eCommerce storefronts using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.

- Manage online storefronts and integrations on BigCommerce and Shopify, including custom apps, themes, and API integrations.

- Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 modules, themes, extensions, and third-party integrations.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across multiple eCommerce platforms.

- Knowledge across BigCommerce, Shopify.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2+ years of qualified experience in PHP-based web development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.





- Knowledge in developing and customizing storefronts on BigCommerce (Stencil framework, APIs).

- Knowledge in Shopify (Liquid templating, Shopify APIs, custom app development).

- Experience with MySQL and relational database design and optimization.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party service integrations.

- Understanding of version control systems (Git/Bitbucket).

- Knowledge of MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar) is a plus.

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Familiarity with basic DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, server configuration) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.
