Position: Waitress / Food Service Associate

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹15250 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and provide polite, professional service.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Set up and clear tables/service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
- Follow food safety, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Support the team during events and peak service hours.

Requirements: Good communication and customer-service skills, presentable personality, basic knowledge of food service, and willingness to work adaptable shifts. Previous hospitality/catering experience is preferred. Pay: ₹15,250.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
