Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner

- Assist guests in making menu selections and provide recommendations

- Order Taking:Take accurate and detailed orders from customers

- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt service





- Table Service:Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to presentation and timing

- Ensure tables are set correctly and have the necessary condiments and utensils

- Up-selling:Suggest additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience

- Promote desserts, beverages, or other complementary items

- Customer Queries:Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns promptly

- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal

- Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor

- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

- Collaboration:Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

- Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow

- Cash Handling:Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Provide change and receipts as needed

- Menu Knowledge:Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

- Update knowledge about daily specials and promotions

- Adherence to Policies:Follow restaurant policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and service standards

- Comply with health and sanitation regulations
