- Assist in production and shop-floor activities as per the assigned trade.
- Learn machine operations, production processes, and quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the team in achieving production and quality objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ITI in relevant trades.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/printing industry.
- Basic discipline, teamwork, and a willingness to acquire current skills.
