1. Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and responsible Waiter cum Service Staff member to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth restaurant operations. The candidate should be polite, attentive, well-groomed, and capable of working efficiently as part of a team.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Service

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food items and daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check customer satisfaction and respond politely to requests.
- Handle customer complaints courteously and inform the supervisor when necessary.

B. Table Management

- Arrange tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, and glasses before service.
- Clean and reset tables immediately after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and ready for incoming guests.

C. Food and Beverage Service

- Ensure the correct food items are served to the right customers.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to avoid delays and order mistakes.
- Follow proper food handling and serving procedures.
- Serve food according to the restaurant's service standards.
- Assist with takeaway packing and order handover when required.

D. Cleaning and Hygiene





- Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming.
- Keep the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations clean.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and other service equipment carefully.
- Assist with routine cleaning duties as assigned.

E. Teamwork and Restaurant Operations

- Follow instructions from the Restaurant Captain and Manager.
- Assist colleagues during busy hours.
- Support takeaway and delivery operations when required.
- Inform management about customer feedback, shortages, or maintenance issues.
- Follow restaurant rules, duty schedules, and service procedures.

1. Qualifications and Skills

- Previous restaurant or hotel service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Polite behaviour and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Valuable teamwork, punctuality, and discipline.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food service and table arrangements.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
