Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting for W2 positions and State Client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US IT staffing processes, and the ability to identify qualified candidates for various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit IT consultants for US-based clients.
- Work extensively on W2 requirements and State Client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Understand job descriptions and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure candidates meet client-specific submission criteria and documentation requirements.

Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working on W2 positions and State Client requirements.
- Valuable knowledge of US IT recruitment processes, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for State Government projects and public-sector clients.
- Knowledge of vendor portals and client submission procedures.
- Ability to identify qualified consultants quickly and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
