Key Responsibilities: CNC - VMC & HMC Milling Operator/Setter: o Experience in CNC - VMC & HMC milling operating, setting on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines. o Basic programming knowledge in Fanuc/Siemens and Okuma controls. o Proficient in part prove out on Milling 3, 4, 5 axis machines and HMC machines. o Expertise in Selection of cutting tools and parameters for Aerospace materials. o Proficient in GD&T;, Shop floor trouble shooting, robust analytical skill in CMM report interpretation. o Inspecting the parts using precision measuring tools, identifying defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
