About the role

At GrowthX, the Creative Studio is building a media house, and as a Design Intern, you will work closely with the Community team on event creatives and brand content. You'll help bring events to life, create content that gets people talking, and build creatives that travel across platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has a good eye for design, moves fast, and knows how to use AI tools to get things done better.

What you will be doing

- Create creatives for events, workshops, buildathons, and community campaigns
- Work on social media creatives and brand content that gets noticed and shared across platforms
- Adapt creatives for different platforms and experiment with formats that drive reach and engagement
- Turn briefs into creatives quickly, iterate on feedback, and keep things moving
- Use AI tools to explore ideas, speed up design workflows,



and create better output
- Support landing pages, GTM creatives, newsletters, and other design needs across teams

What we are looking for

- You have a good eye for design and understand what makes a creative stand out
- You can move from an idea to a finished creative quickly without compromising on quality
- You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and use them as part of your creative process
- You take initiative, learn by doing, and take ownership of your work
- Comfortable with uncertainty: scrappy, nimble, resourceful
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, or self-taught with a strong portfolio (0–1 years)
- Working familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools

Bonus points

- You have designed creatives for events, communities, or social media
- You have tried your hand at video editing or motion graphics using Premiere Pro or After Effects
- You actively experiment with AI design tools and workflows
- You have worked with a startup or a rapid-paced team
