We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS (V+) Developer with strong expertise in credit card processing systems and VisionPLUS modules. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of card management applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and support applications using VisionPLUS (V+).
- Work on VisionPLUS modules such as:

- CMS (Card Management System)

- FAS (Financial Accounting System)
- TRAMS (Transaction Management System) (Mandatory)

- VMX

- ITS

- CTS
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support activities.
- Coordinate with business users, testing teams, and offshore/onsite stakeholders.
- Participate in application enhancements,



migrations, and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in VisionPLUS Development.
- Strong experience in TRAMS module.
- Valuable knowledge of COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS.
- Experience in batch processing and card transaction flows.
- Understanding of credit card lifecycle and payment card domain.
- Ability to analyze production issues and provide fixes.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of FAS, CMS, VMX, ITS, CTS modules.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Mainframe support and deployment experience.
