About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Executive to handle visa application processing, documentation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of visa procedures and the ability to ensure smooth and timely processing of visa applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle visa applications for various countries, including tourist, business, and other visa categories.
- Verify passports, application forms, photographs, financial documents, and supporting paperwork.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, and travel partners as required.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Ensure accuracy of documents and compliance with country-specific visa guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of applications, client details, and visa status.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in visa processing, preferably in the Tours & Travel industry.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and procedures for various countries.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
