- Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

- Provide information about student visas, visitor visas, work permits, and other relevant visa categories.

- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable visa options.

- Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.

- Explain documentation requirements, , timelines, and procedures.

- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.

- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the documentation team and relevant authorities when required.

- Build strong client relationships and maintain qualified communication.





- Follow applicable immigration guidelines and ensure accurate information is provided to clients.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.

- Previous experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy is an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills may also apply.

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, email handling, and MS Office proficiency.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
