Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Lead Generation
Make systematic outbound calls to fabricators and identified prospects across India to identify genuine ACP requirements, projects, buying intent, and business opportunities.

2. Lead Qualification
Understand customer requirements, application, project size, location, timeline, product requirements, decision-makers, and purchase potential before classifying an inquiry as a qualified lead.

3. Lead Conversion
Follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels; handle basic objections; and move prospects towards opportunity creation and sales closure.

4. Exhibition & Campaign Lead Management

Take ownership of leads generated through exhibitions, marketing campaigns, digital campaigns, databases, and other VSM sources, ensuring timely first contact and systematic follow-up.

5. Dormant / Lost Lead Reactivation

Reconnect with relevant old,



dormant and lost leads wherever there is a possibility of a new requirement, project reopening, or change in customer circumstances.

6. Fabricator Development
Identify potential fabricators, understand their business potential, and establish relationships that can generate recurring Aludecor business.

7. Sales Coordination
Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate VSM team with complete and accurate information and continue follow-up until the prospect reaches a defined closure stage.

8. CRM & MIS Discipline

Maintain accurate lead status, call outcome, next action, customer requirement, and reason for loss and conversion status in the prescribed system/MIS.

9. Revenue & ROI

Track business generated from VSM interventions and contribute to measurable incremental revenue rather than merely reporting calling activity.
