Visa Executive/Visa Consultant

Visa Executive handles end-to-end visa applications, document verification, and client guidance for international travel, study, or corporate immigration.

Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Assess client profiles and recommend the correct visa or immigration category.
- Document Verification: Collect, review, and verify passports, financial statements, accommodation proofs, and travel history to prevent rejections.
- Application Filing: Complete online and offline visa application forms accurately through official portals (such as VFS, embassy sites, or platform systems
- Embassy Coordination: Liaise with consulates, embassies, and external partners regarding application statuses, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
- Tracking & Updates: Monitor application progress and keep travelers or corporate clients informed at every stage of the process.
- Query Resolution: Address missing documents, delays, rejections, or escalated customer concerns promptly
