Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking and Insurance, The Overseas Indian Personal Banker role is accountable for remotely managing Personal Banking customers The role holder will develop engage, retain and activate clients through the identification of customer needs and opportunities to create deeper and stickier relationships, This job will carry out some or all of the following tasks:

Deliver the proposition by providing a consistently excellent customer experience

On-board and activate customers within their targeted segment/portfolio

Retain existing customers through engagement in-line with the market and segment strategy





Identify and meet customersneeds by providing them with an appropriate solution or introducing/referring them to the appropriate teams or departments

Encourage customers to use additional channels where appropriate

[Band 6 only] May be responsible for a specialized portfolio containing clients with more complex needs

Leverage new capabilities and evolving tools to effectively communicate with clients remotely

Ensure all activities, transactions and sales adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards
