Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency channel.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for selling general insurance products through the agency model.

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with potential partners or customers.

- Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in General Insurance Sales or related field.

- Proven track record of success in managing teams or agencies for motor insurance sales.

- Robust knowledge of general insurance products, including motor insurance policies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
